Q4 2023 - Website updates & Free Cities Conference

As we wrap up 2023, we're reflecting on the whirlwind of travels, conferences, and growth that made this year so special. We've been busy connecting with new communities, organizing our projects, and preparing for some exciting opportunities in the new year. Here's a recap of our final quarter:
**October 2023: Free Cities & Global Collaboration**
After spending September in Berlin, we continued our travels and headed to Prague for the Free Cities Conference 2023. The concept of Free Cities is all about creating autonomous, self-governing communities where people can choose how they want to live–without the constraints of traditional political systems. The conference brought together changemakers and innovators with a shared vision of creating these freedom-focused cities around the world.
At the conference, Regen Tribe hosted a welcome table and facilitated a networking session to help connect participants with similar goals. Nicole also took the stage as part of a panel discussion on intentional communities, sharing insights into how these communities can play a role in shaping the future of Free Cities.

After Prague, our core team traveled to Istanbul to attend the D:pact Conference, which focuses on decentralized systems, blockchain technologies, and their potential for creating impactful, sustainable change. We met a ton of inspiring projects and individuals who we'll be collaborating with in the future. Stay tuned for exciting partnerships ahead!
**November 2023: Grounding & Organizing in Istanbul**
November was a time for us to ground and organize after a busy few months of travel and inspiration. We stayed in Istanbul, focused on finalizing all our one-pagers and refining our marketing strategy.
One of our main projects this month was making updates to the Tribes Platform, ensuring it's ready to serve regenerative neighborhoods and people creating them.
With our ideas taking shape, it was a productive month of bringing everything into focus before we go our separate ways for December.
**December 2023: Family Time & Digital Work**
In December, we took some much-needed time to be with family. Oscar and Sonia traveled to Miami, Nicole went to Virginia, and Michael headed to San Diego. The month ended with a reunion in San Diego, where we celebrated Christmas together as a team.
Though we were in different places, we continued working on digital projects, preparing for our next big adventure: joining Vitalia City as community development consultants in early January. Vitalia is a startup city, and we're excited to bring our tools and expertise to help grow and support this visionary project.
