Q4 2022 - Tulum homecoming, internal organization

After a summer in Europe, the team returned to Tulum to settle into the new incubator house, organize internal processes, and deepen connections with the local regenerative community.
Hello again, Regen Tribe family!
After an incredible summer of traveling and connecting with communities around the world, we're thrilled to be back in Tulum, Mexico–our project base and the heart of Regen Tribe. Here's what's been happening since we touched down!
October 2022
**Regen Tribe Back in Tulum: Grounding the Magic**
Home sweet home! After more than three months of exploring and learning, we've returned to Tulum and are settling into our new Regen Tribe Incubator house. It feels so good to get grounded again–organizing agendas, brainstorming fresh ideas, and cleaning up our project boards. It's been a great way to reflect on the summer's adventures and channel that magic into the work ahead.
We're also reconnecting with our partner projects in the area to check in on their progress and see how we can support their regenerative efforts. Things are really moving, and it's exciting to see these communities grow and evolve.

November 2022
**Tribes Platform Development Kicks Off**
That's right–the Regen Tribe Platform is officially in the works! We've been hard at work strategizing, and now our features, strategy, and timeline are all outlined and ready to roll. The platform is designed to connect regenerative communities worldwide, offering a space for collaboration, sharing resources, and accelerating the growth of regenerative neighborhoods.
And the best part? We've found our WebApp developer! Meet Rinku, who's taking this idea and turning it into a fully functional platform. We're so pumped to be working with such a talented developer who gets the vision.

**Muyil: New Land Owner Joins the Regen Tribe Mission**
Big news on the community front! We've connected with Sebastian, a landowner with a bold vision to create a microcity in Muyil, just 15 minutes outside of Tulum. Muyil is a gem of a location, surrounded by the lush jungle of the Sian Ka'an Bioreserve, stunning lagoons, and ancient Mayan ruins.
Sebastian's vision aligns perfectly with our mission, and we're excited to support his plans to develop a regenerative microcity in this beautiful area. This is a huge step forward for expanding our network and creating more regenerative spaces where people and nature can thrive together.

New Teammates arriving in **Regen Tribe Incubator** in Tulum
We are growing!
Regenerative entrepreneurs on a mission joined the Team in Regen Tribe Incubator.
At the end of December we welcomed Nicole and Nina.
Nicole is a certified ecovillage designer and founder of Terrenity Ecovillages. Passionate about humans, environment and regeneration of any form.
Nina is devoted to glocal impact, working on her vision of Eco-Cultural Innvation Hub, at the same time rocking her jewelry business - AirPlant
Both living and breathing community!
