Q2 2024 - CLX & WildSeeds : Agent Program

Q2 2024 saw Community Lab X come alive with a 10-week co-creation residency, the WildSeeds Agent Program, and visits to regenerative projects in Guatemala and the US.
Hello Tribe!
It's been a productive and heartwarming few months at Regen Tribe, and we're excited to share some of the highlights from the second quarter of 2024. From launching new programs to deepening community connections, here's what we've been up to.
**April 2024**
After the energy of Regen Week, we shifted our focus to making Community Lab X more welcoming for mid and long-term living. We reorganized the space to create a more functional co-working area and a cozy community room where people could gather and connect.
April also marked the start of our Regen Neighborhood Agent Program–a hands-on vocational training for future regenerative neighborhood consultants. We hosted two sessions a week, sharing tools and methods for community management using Community Lab X as a live example. It was so inspiring to see participants really dive into the work and start applying these concepts in real time.
We also welcomed David, Eve, and their 4-year-old as new long-term community members to lead the kitchen, bringing fresh energy and delicious meals to the table. And on a more adorable note, we adopted four baby black kittens and their mom, officially beginning our animal sanctuary at the location. It's safe to say our hearts are full!
**May 2024**
May was all about continuing our Regen Neighborhood Agent Program with Vivo & Cem, who worked on optimizing different tools for customized community management. We focused heavily on developing sustainable systems, and some of our big projects included:
These efforts not only improved the resilience of the community but also added a little extra beauty to our space. Throughout the month, we had a steady flow of explorers, collaborators, and facilitators coming and going, each contributing something special to the community.
Our weekly Community Open Days on Sundays became a cherished tradition, offering locals and visitors a chance to see what we're all about. We also shared regular programming with the Tulum community, fostering deeper connections with our surrounding neighbors.

**June 2024**
June started with some bittersweet goodbyes as several of our Agents moved on to their next adventures. With a smaller team, we embraced the opportunity for more intimate collaboration.
In the second week of June, Sonia and Oscar traveled to WildSeeds Ranch in Dulzura, California, to host a 5-day Agent Program intensive workshop as part of the June Bloom event. This gathering brought together regenerative changemakers and showcased WildSeeds Ranch as a hub for scalable and replicable regenerative community models.
During the workshop, we shared our 10-step Community Alchemy journey and dove deep into WildSeeds' project mind map, organizational chart, community culture canvas, and community agreements. It was a beautiful exchange of ideas and best practices, and we left feeling incredibly inspired by the people and work happening at WildSeeds.
